Vince is a graduate of Purdue University with a degree in Architectural Technologies and from the University of Illinois at Chicago with a Professional Bachelor of Architect degree, majoring in design. His employment history includes not only working with prominent architectural firms of Loebl, Schlossman & Hackl and Pappageorge Haymes but for a number of years with the pioneering engineering office of Gamze, Korobkin and Caloger and for the internationally renowned, School of The Art Institute of Chicago. This varied experience provides Vince a more complete understanding of building systems, technologies and programming which he brings to every project.
As a practicing architect he has worked for a number of offices in Chicago, on a variety of building program types, including; food service, taverns, tenant infill, higher education, healthcare, custom single family and multi-family residential developments. In addition, Vince previously established and ran his own architectural practice for more than ten years where he provided a full range of professional architectural services for residential, tenant infill, food service and tavern developments.
Vince’s responsibilities include; hiring and managing staff, initiating proposals and negotiating contract agreements with clients and consultants and the overall review and execution of the contract documents. Vince combines an extensive knowledge of construction detailing, project management and a cultivated design sensibility that insures each of our building projects are efficiently executed and artistically significant.
